You agree to use Westwood’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse our website, app, systems, or any content, nor interfere with the security or operation of our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details, where applicable, remain confidential and accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our services at any time for security, operational, or legal reasons.
Key Components of T&C
We aim to provide accurate ingredient and allergen information; however, our kitchens handle a variety of foods and cross-contamination may occur. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform staff and exercise their own judgment. Westwood disclaims liability for allergic reactions except where required by law.
Prices, menu items, promotions, and availability may vary by location and may change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products; acceptance occurs only when we confirm the order. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, system issues, fraud risk, or product unavailability. Payment must be made using approved payment methods. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy and local regulations.
All trademarks, logos, brand elements, text, images, menus, and other content on our platforms are owned or licensed by Westwood and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
If you submit reviews, comments, messages, or other content, you grant Westwood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for business purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. We may remove content we consider inappropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Westwood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, including delays, interruptions, data loss, or reliance on information provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
Your use of our services is also governed by the Westwood Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with Saudi PDPL.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Saudi regulations and competent judicial authorities.
